二. Asplit VEL laminates: Asplit VEL防腐层压系统施工方案
Mix Asplit VE primer：
Mix solution and hardener of Asplit VE(100:1.5) with a low speed mixer for about 3 minutes. Then
add VE powder (the ratio of solution and powder is 100:80) into mixture, mix for 3 minutes again.
Pour the mixture into a big and clean drum and mix again.
将Asplit VE树脂和固化剂(比例:100:1.5)二种组份混合后，低速搅拌约三分钟。然后再加
入VE粉料（VE 树脂：粉料=100：80），搅拌三分钟。将搅拌后的混合物倒进一干净大

Note 注意事项:
1.
由于底涂和中涂均为Asplit VE防腐涂料，且短切毡必须在Asplit未固化前敷设，所以从第4-8步骤为连续作业。每块短切毡以及薄型织物 必须重叠4cm。
2.
Asplit VE防腐涂料的固化时间很短，可以通过调节A、B组份的配比来调节固化时间。A、B组份的通常配比为100:1.5。可根据现场温度进行调节的区间为100:(0.7-1.5)，
温度越高，B组份比例越少。
3. 由于Asplit VE防腐涂料的固化时间很短，所以应根据施工条件确定搅拌量，不应
整套搅拌。施工过程中若发现搅拌后的Asplit防腐涂料已开始固化，应立即丢弃，不
得再次用。
4. 面涂用的Asplit VE防腐涂料配比为100:1.

5. 使用指南
